Event Commander was a web application, conceived for easy planning of the most complex projects. Projects can take place at several locations, on various days and times, as well with various tasks, assigned to team members. The scope of work was to expand the support and build the native iOS and Android mobile apps. Mobile app users are able to add their providers, in order to download all their assigned events for which they can upload worklogs, custom forms and live timestamps.

Client

EventCommander is a product developed by SmartBridge, a Swiss company that contacted us by email to discuss a possible cooperation. After a few phone calls and exchanging emails between the general managers and business analyst, Yves - the CEO of SmartBridge was convinced that Mobiversal is the type of company that can build the next version of their app from scratch.

Challenges

Claudia Fitero, Team Lead & iOS developer

This was a very interesting project that did not come without some challenges. The most challenging tasks we had to do were a custom swipe with dynamic actions in the list of events and a custom component that was generating dynamic forms. I think we completed the challenges successfully and we are proud of the resulting app.

Testimonial

Yves Ortiz, CEO SmartBridge

We had been looking for a mobile app company that would be able to take our existing successful app to the next level with a new redesign, completely new features. We were looking for that type of company which can be felt as part of our core team, that really understands the inside-out of the app and the business and to be able to come up with very in depth suggestions and added value consultancy. After some research we stumble upon Mobiversal. Very quickly we got the feeling that they are exactly what we need and we felt the chemistry between our companies. After a few months of working together I can say that I am very happy with the finished results of new versions have been as expected and on time, and in some cases with improved ideas. We also moved the UI design to Mobiversal as the team had really fresh ideas and a good understanding of our needs.
